The Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs and Manager of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo, has extended Easter greetings to the “Bazzukulu ba Museveni,” encouraging them to celebrate the season with unity, discipline, and a renewed commitment to personal and national development.
In a message released on Thursday April 17, 2025, Hajjat Namyalo called upon the youth across Uganda to use the holiday period not only for celebration but for reflection on values that promote peace, hard work, and self-reliance.
“I wish all Bazzukulu a blessed and peaceful Easter. As you celebrate, please do so responsibly and remember the bigger goal we are working towards—empowerment, unity, and development for all,” she said.
Hajjat Namyalo further emphasized the importance of staying healthy and safeguarding oneself against HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

She encouraged young people (youth) to make informed choices and to utilize available prevention methods, including condom use and regular testing.
“No drinking and driving. Protect yourself—your life matters,” she said.
She also called on young people to avoid risky behavior and remain focused, especially as the 2026 elections approach: “Ugandans are tired of drama. They want development—not empty noise from opportunistic politicians. In 2026, the Bazzukulu will stand firm with President Museveni,” she affirmed.
Hajjat Namyalo’s message comes at a time when her office has increased its grassroots mobilization efforts across the country, focusing on economic empowerment programs tailored for youth and women under the guidance of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
