MowT officer AMANYIRE RONALD aka “Muzungu Mworo” now “RUTUKURA”beaten by goons while visiting his raped girlfriend Shadia Kamanzi.His friend Muhangi Andrew “Nsomba byuma” celebrates and circulates the news to the Ministry.

On Saturday, 24th May 2025, Amanyire, commonly now known as RUTUKURA, visited the girl he raped in her relatives home around Bukoto.

The home belongs to the aunt of the victim, Shadia, called Sheila Batamuliza. Sheila had earlier called Amanyire Rutukura and abused him on the phone for raping her daughter and being reckless, yet he is a married man.

This time ,Amanyire was tricked to come and visit. On the 24th of May 2025, Amanyire borrowed a car from his cousin and drove to Batamulizas home in Bukoto.

He entered the house with small gifts for Shadia Kamanzi, who was going to school for 2nd term. Amanyire was asked to wait outside as the girl came to attend to him.

In a second, goons who seemed to have been hired by Batamuliza came armed with sticks and started beating Amanyire almost to death.

He was beaten thoroughly and asked why he raped their daughter and spread news in the media. They accused him of pausing to the family that he had money, and yet he has never paid even school fees.

Amanyire took off, and goons followed him up to the vehicle. The vehicle was vandalised, and the rear screen was shattered. Two tyres got bust as Rutukura was trying to speed off. From the look of things, Rutukura Amanyire was badly beaten, and he is still nursing the wounds.

He doesn’t want the wife and people at the Ministry to know about the matter because he will be ashamed of the incident. But hear this . When his friend Muhangi Andrew “Nsumba Byuuma”got wind of the news, he celebrated and jubilated all over.

It is rumoured that the goons could have been hired by Muhangi since he was part of them in FDC. He was boasting that he taught Amanyire a lesson and that Amanyire should apologise to him.

He calls Amanyire an idiot, a foolish old man who is highly indebted and poor and even NOT a registered Engineer but a mere quack who just pauses with certificates of attendance.

Muhangi boasts of being richer and more intelligent than Amanyire and that he Amanyire needs Muhangi to plan for any evil thing, including the letter that returned Amanyire to Office.

You will recall that in the previous series, We reported Muhangi to be a thief who has been stealing Government property and anything in quest to maintain standards.

In the next series, wait for more news on how Amanyire has been conned by some scrupulous people in town that they are taking him to the President and also to promote him to be an Assistant commissioner.

All this news is hot and one would be interested where Amanyire vets this money to spend on useless things, including women whom he is with mostly at Ridar Hotel in Seeta.

Amanyire is also undergoing investigations for his subversive activities through his social media stories, which have been found to be baseless but bring Government to dis repute; his involvement in corruption involving a number of Government programmes and projects all of which point at him but he has been using his fake articles in social media to divert and hoodwink the public.
